Refunds and cancellation

Membership renews automatically at the length you chose, until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime by writing to lela@whispersofkindness.ca. It will be done right away, no forms.

Cancelling stops future renewal. It doesn't refund the card already being prepared for you that month, since printing, mailing, and hand-collaging happen before it reaches you.

If a payment fails, you'll hear from us directly rather than being quietly cancelled.

What the price includes

Postage is included in the membership price. Nothing extra is added at checkout. Cards are mailed to Canada and the United States.

When cards are mailed

The first mailing is October 2026.

Join by the 15th of a month to receive that month's mailing. Join after the 15th and your first envelope is the following month's edition. Sign up on September 16th, for example, and October's mailing is the one that comes to you.

Cards go out around the third week of each month. When there is a video that month, it is released in the fourth week. Video does not happen every month. The card does.

Billing follows your own signup date rather than a fixed day of the month. If you join on the 16th, that is the date your membership renews on.
